XDA Zest takes O2 on track again

It's been a rare sight to see such a pleasant looking handset to set foot at O2's crib, and this new XDA Zest you're currently looking at the left picture there is joining in O2 XDA long line-up and might be able to make O2 name be taken seriously once more.

GSMArena is reporting that the XDA Zest is made by ASUS, and offered by O2 on its Pay&Go program at $249.99, but it'll be also offered on monthly payment contract. Here's the specs inside it which makes it to be such a sexy beast:

  • Marvell TavorP 624MHz processor
  • 2.8 inch VGA display

But what really could turns this XDA Zest into a killer mobile GPS, that will make every GPS-addicted users to fall in love with it, is its GPS feature (wih SiRF Star III chipset) plus a trial version of CoPilot Sat Nav app with full UK and Ireland maps. O2 UK is said to ready start selling this baby as soon as November 17th, 2008.
