Samsung has been able to challenge yet another thinnest camera for mobile phone, they've managed to develop 8 MegaPixels camera with their own CMOS module. Not only that, this thinnest mobile phone camera in the world right now has anti-shake feature and face tracking technology. Read on Engadget's article here.
