There's a good news coming from iPhone Atlas here, they said the iPhone firmware 2.0 will include a plug-in in the mobile Safari that can recognize YouTube content embedded in web pages. Another reason why you should wait till June if you wish to get your hands on iPhone, but for you who already have one and have jail-broken your precious iPhone hopefully the pawn tools from iPhone Dev Team can help.
