iPhone is a lousy phone?

That title must've sting a little bit for iPhone owners & fans, but that is exactly what Sascha Segan (PC Mag) has said about Apple's shiny mobile phone: "But nobody's talking about what the iPhone needs most of all: It needs to be a better phone. The iPhone's fair-to-poor phone-call quality is a well-known problem among phone reviewers."

PC Mag, where he also pointed out that "top blogger Erica Sadun doesn't seem to talk on her iPhones much either, though she shies away."
