White is in again for Apple

The famous dirt-magnet color of iMac and MacBook line-ups is now also available in iPhone; the white back colored iPhone 3G.
It is of course expected, when there's nothing new in the design or physycally visible; then the only option left not to bore customers is to provide different colors.

Which I don't think we'll ever gonna see other cheerful colors than these two; black and white iPhone 3G. But who knows? Maybe someday Mr. Jobs is feeling down and blue, then we can see blue back colored iPhone 3G; just like Centro's latest color euphoria.

Previously I mentioned of other tech weblogs hands-on news, but Jason Snell from Macworld has got a more closer hands-on news and photo. Here's his insight when he gets in touch with the iPhone 3G:

Fundamentally, this new iPhone feels very much like the old iPhone. It’s apparently lighter than the old one by a minuscule amount, but in my hand it didn’t feel any different from the current iPhone. The biggest cosmetic changes are on the back panel, which is now shiny plastic instead of metal. The back panel is curvier than the one on the current iPhone, and the recessed headphone jack has been replaced with one which lies flush with the iPhone’s body, meaning the days of iPhone headphone adapters are gone forever. (Unless you want to use a microphone with a clicker, in which case you’ll still need one!) The iPhone 3G’s edge buttons are now silver metal, rather than the black plastic on the current model. The buttons had a sharper edge than I’m used to, though I only pushed them a couple of times.

That plastic back should also improve the range and signal strength of the iPhone, for Wi-Fi, cellular, and even GPS purposes, which is good news for anyone who has had signal issues with their current iPhone.

What do you think? Which one will you pick, when it finally out on June 11th? No, you're not suppose to get both of them... ;-p ~LOL~
