T303 is a low budget mobile phone from Sony Ericsson

I actually had a cold shiver at the back of my neck when my girlfriend said she likes the T303 (from the picture I shown her), and wished I’ll exchange my bulky & old looking Treo with it! But anyway, aside from that little personal story of mine there; the T303 is indeed aimed at lower budget market. With price starts ranging at $200, this slider mobile phone is more relying on the exterior design rather than the features inside it. It has that “chick factor” those female users usually fond of and the 93 gram weight is supposed light enough to be carried in their ridiculously-smallish purse.
But for those who used to stare at big screen of Treo or iPhone, T303 screen at 128x160 pixels is going to be a torture; it’s limited only at 65K colors too. Others features are standard: 1.3MP camera, FM radio, MP3 player. But for low budget mobile phone like this, Sony Ericsson only injected 8MB (shared) memory which is too small for MP3 lovers. The most disappointment is T303 doesn’t have EDGE or even 3G network, the owners must be satisfied with GPRS class 10.
After reading above infos and you’re still interested, perhaps for a present, expect it on stores in the middle of this year. Two colors will be available: Shimmering Silver and Shadow Black. Read the whole specs at GSMArena
here.
