Apple's App Store is alive!
Talk about an early surprise from Apple; the App Store is now on-line and obviously up & running for users to access it.
Engadget is reporting it first like usual, and I've tried to click on one of the URL link that Engadget has provided, my iTunes launched and shows plenty of available apps ready to be downloaded!
Here's the update on the new from Engadget again:
"Already users can start downloading their programs (which are downloaded to their /Users/[user]/Music/iTunes/Mobile Applications/ directory as .ipa files), but you can't do anything with them until you get the 2.0 firmware (or an iPhone 3G)."
Anyone have tried downloading one of the apps yourselves?
