MI6 accidentally sold James Bond's works on eBay

"Sorry. I'll shoot the camera first next time..." -- quoted from James Bond (Casino Royale the movie)

You wouldn't be laughing when it was actually your house being raided by police and goverment's secret agents, your computers taken and you're interrogated for days. All because you bought a sweet deal on eBay; £17 (US$30) for a Nikon Cool Pix camera is not a bad deal at all.

As reported by
Telegraph U.K. (via TG Daily); a 28-year-old man from Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, made the above purchase on eBay and later found out that the photos inside are related to 46-year-old Abdul al-Hadi al-Iraqi, a high-ranking al-Qaeda officer, who was captured by the CIA in 2007.

He told local police about the find and was shocked when Special Branch officers arrived at his home days later to seize his new purchase. Officers have made five visits to his home in the last week to quiz him and his family. A Foreign Office spokeswoman confirmed that the police were investigating but said she could not confirm or deny the intelligence service’s involvement in the probe. She refused to comment on reports that the camera was sold by an MI6 agent (can you guess who that might be?). ;-p

Among the images which are reported to have been found on the camera is a document, marked “top secret”, which gives details of the encrypted computer system used by MI6’s agents in the field. Makes you wonder isn't it? How incompetent are those 'licensed-to-kill' agents / staffs at MI6. Sounds like another job for Mr. Bond, and a good story-line for Daniel Craig next "007" movie. ~LOL~
