For you who have Windows Mobile device, you can now enjoy Live Mesh with it. Live Mesh is one of Microsoft's latest attempts to dominate the "cloud", and beat Google along with its rising star Android platform.Windows Mobile Team Blog has posted a walkthrough complete with screenshots on how to set-up your WinMob device into Live Mesh, a CAB file is need to be installed first.
If you're still unable to connect to Live Mesh even after following every step mentioned, then you might want to try out this workaround posted by one of the users named Red at the blog:
- Click on the appropriate promo code link (US or UK) from your computer (not your mobile device).
- Visit http://www.mesh.com/ from your computer (again, not from your mobile device) and add that device to your mesh from the Devices page.
- Make sure you keep both the browser windows open while you connect from your phone.
