Apple is loosing a bit of its iron tight grip on the App Store policies, few days ago a Rated 17+ app called "Amateur Surgeon" has made its first appearance on App Store. To know that before this Apple has so stubbornly denied entrance to other 'adult' apps, I can only guess Apple has come to realize the market potential of such app, and of course the huge revenue it can ripe from the sales.Here's the description from App Store on the "Amateur Surgeon" app:
