Funnest ad: the iPod Touch latest web ad?

The UK's advertising regulator the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has banned Apple's iPhone 3G tv commercial, because it is said to be misleading. But how about this iPod Touch web ad?

Apple is seriously making statement that its iPhone is a "gaming console", and further more claiming "it's not a phone, it's a console experience." That's what we've heard from Engadget Mobile, based from their "extremely reliable and embarrassingly handsome Engadget sources". ~LOL~

And judging by the latest iPod Touch web ad which I've saw a couple days ago, the particular ad might just as well say iPod Touch also has vigorous gaming capabilities to be reckoned with. I'm not trying to help Apple to sell iPod Touch here, or anything like that. But I simply stunned by the 30 second ad, and enjoyed it as much as the rest of the "Get a Mac" ads.

Looks like Microsoft still got a long way to go, to catch up Apple on advertising their products. No need the long and complicated conversations like in the Bill Gates-Seinfield ads, what gets to the viewers are short but dazzling ads. And The iPod Touch web ad is simple enough to "shake" your thang. ~LOL~

Watch the video I've embedded below, do you think the iPhone Touch web ad is also misleading? ;-p
